It's nice having artist-specific apps like artfol and cara. But like. Most artists want/need to reach people who aren't artistic. And those kinds of people aren't using those apps. They're using regular social media

#as you can see im in a dilemma irt instagram #i really dont want to stay what with all the AI shit but i dont want to go because all i have left is tumblr #and im gonna be honest. you dont really reach the right audience here on tumblr #as in like. if youre looking for commissions/work. this just isnt the place for it #and it sucks that i have to think abt this stuff at all but like #i love taking commissions and i want to work in the arts in some capacity. so i kinda have to think like this #basically what i want to say is the Internet sucks rn and i hope AI dies out like the crypto craze did #scout.txt
